Welcome Cabrina Colson to the Team!

Please join me in welcoming our newest colleague, Cabrina Colson, who will serve as our Senior Property Manager on our Management team!  

Cabrina joins us with a broad background in property management, previously serving as a senior community manager, property manager, and licensed realtor. As a senior community manager, Cabrina maximized net operating income through revenue enhancement and cost reduction while leading onsite teams to achieve successful operational performance. As a property manager, Cabrina directed the daily operations of two apartment communities and seven commercial tenants.

Fun Fact: Cabrina has a German Shepherd named Ginny and a love for turtles, in which she has a turtle figurine in every room of her home. You can find Cabrina bike riding and walking when she's not in the office. 

Cabrina has a Bachelor of Arts in Business from Meadows Draughn College. She also obtained her apartment manager certification from the National Apartment Association and her realtor license from the Louisiana Real Estate Commission.
