Please join me in welcoming our newest team member, Chip Wilson, who is stepping into the role of Superintendent on our Construction team.
Chip brings over 21 years of diverse construction experience, having worked as a coordinator, foreman, and superintendent. He has a strong track record in ensuring safety and quality on offshore drilling rigs, managing federal and state compliance, leading trade partner teams and keeping projects on schedule and within budget across the country.
In addition to his construction career, Chip served in the U.S. Navy, where he took on the role of Construction Quality Manager (CQM) for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and NAVFAC.
Chip’s educational background includes time at Kent State University, the University of Akron, and the Naval Aerospace Medical Institute.
Outside of work, Chip enjoys fishing—be sure to ask him about his top fishing spots—and attending live music events.
When you see him around, please give him a warm VPG welcome!
