Welcome Craig Turner to the Team

Please join us in welcoming our new Construction Superintendent, Craig Turner!

Craig hails all the way from Scotland and brings with him more than 20 years of construction experience in the US and UK. During his tenure, he has served in multiple capacities, including as a project manager, area construction manager, site manager, director of construction, superintendent, and CEO of his own firm, Argyle Construction. He was formally educated at Perth College, where he studied building construction and joinery (the wooden components of buildings) and carpentry. He was also named Barratt East Scotland Site Manager of the Year!

Craig has several certificates under his belt, including,

• C.I.T.B (Construction Industry Training Board a UK statutory training board) Construction Site Manager’s Safety Certificate

• C.I.T.B Scaffold Inspection Certificate

• Red Cross First Aid – Fully Trained

• LOLER Regs (Lifting Operations & Lifting Equipment Regulations) - Appointed Person for Lifting Operations

• CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) Professionally Qualified Person’s Health & Safety Accreditation

• CSCS Project Manager Construction Industry Accreditation

• Site Manager’s Safety Training Scheme Certificate

• PASMA (Prefabricated Access Suppliers and Manufacturers’ Association) Certificate

In addition to being a Construction superstar, Craig is a father to two wonderful daughters, Annabelle and Iness, a qualified open diver, an amateur soccer player, and a world traveler, having been to more than 20 different countries.

Fun Facts: Craig got married in a castle, has traveled from Russia to Mexico to watch Soccer Games, and can drink a pint of Guinness in under 3 seconds. Challenge Accepted, Craig. Challenge Accepted.
