Welcome Latoya Darensburg to the Team!

Please join me in welcoming our newest Property Manager, LaToya (Toya), to the VPG Real Estate team!

Toya joins us with 12 years of experience in property management having formerly worked as an assistant manager and leasing coordinator. Her experience includes tax credits, section 8, Fair Housing, budget creation and maintenance, vendor management, leasing, recertifications, inspections, compliance, and more!

When she's not in the field helping to provide quality living for her tenets, she is spending time with her son who has been her biggest blessing to date.

Fun Fact: Toya loves dressing up for Halloween. Little does she know how we Halloween at VPG!

Toya will be sitting at our Rivertown property in Kenner! When you see her in the office, be sure to say hello!
