Welcome Pam Smith to the Team!

Everyone, please give a warm VPG welcome to the newest member of our team, Pam!

Pam will serve all three organizations as the HR Manager, providing in-office support for your questions and concerns regarding benefits, career development, conflict, payroll, and more.

Just think of her as our very own 'Chaos Coordinator.'

Pam brings a wealth of experience and knowledge in compliance, recruiting, career succession planning, coaching, and employee engagement, to name a few.

Fun Fact: Pam earned both of her Master's Degrees while working full-time and serving as a mentor.

When she's not in the office, you'll find Pam enjoying a plate of BBQ from Katie's while watching WWE or the Saints. If you haven't already, stop by and say hello!
